Excellent game ! Good progression, that "evil" character was a good addition, same for the double layer of mirror.

Thank you! Glad you liked our game!

Overall this game was super fun! I love how you really make use of the core mechanic in later levels and teach the player through gameplay without any wordy tutorial or anything, like a good platformer.

I ran into a small bug, where the volume when changed from the main menu reset when you start the game, but I think that was the only bug I ran into.

If I had any critique it would be to add more coyote time, and maybe a sound effect when the shadows die.

Overall a really fun idea, really intuitive for the player, and lots of fun mechanics! For a game made in such a short time I think it was awesome!

(+1)

Thank you so much for that detailed and lovely feedback, we really appreciate it!

For the bug you encountered, person in charge of the UI here, I knew this bug, it was on my "to-fix list" but unfortunately we ran out of time before I could fix this so... Sorry ^^'.

Coyote time and a better feedback for the death of the shadow dude is definitely something we're working on for an update on this game, stay tuned if you want to see it!

Anyway, thanks again for playing our game! :)

This game is super fun and gorgeous. Loved the soundtrack and the clever mechanic, and how it evolved as the game went on.

I think in the early stages it would be nice to see a little bit further ahead, because I had trouble getting used to the shadow person at first. And the shadow person dying could be a bit more satisfying, like some sort of particle explosion instead of just disappearing.

But other than those two nitpicks, a fantastic experience! Short and sweet.

Thank you a lot, we are glad you enjoyed our game !

You pointed out two of the three main things we are a bit sad about the game, so we totally agree with your nitpicks ^^. In fact, the Windows version even have the first Shadow encounter slightly modified for it to be more clear, and the music change is a bit smoother when you kill a Shadow (we also wanted to add death particles with that, but we didn't have time ^^'). Unfortunally, the webgl build was too long to incorporate add these changes.

But practice makes perfect, so these are the kind of things we will fix after the jam and be cautious about for the next ones, so your feedback is really valuable, thank you =) !

that was crazy man, i love it so much

Thank you very much!
